LADOYSKA ROMERO

Ladoyska grew up in a family of researchers who instilled in her a passion for discovery and social awareness. As a teenager, she was a school reporter and began her first volunteer works.

She studied Philosophy and Communication for Development; after graduating from university, she decided to travel around Latin America volunteering in indigenous organizations and communities, getting to know the reality of the region. There she began to get involved in the sustainable development of the community that goes beyond social assistance. This call to service also led her to be part of Amnesty International, strengthening her knowledge and activism in Human Rights. After her social and spiritual learning in Ecuador and Colombia, she moved to Cusco where she joined Aldea Yanapay, as Coordinator of the educational social project for the last three years. There she reaffirmed her life mission towards a conscious education based on love.

In her awakening of consciousness she reconnected with her ancestry and deepened her knowledge, practicing Vipassana meditation, reiki therapies, Pleiadian channeling, women's circle, healing of the Sacred Feminine and Temazcal ceremonies. Currently, she co-creates with her kindred souls this mission of love and service.

KARIN ZARATE

Karin, humble pilgrim of love, whose great inspiration is the children, "her teachers": the hope of the now. She walks steadily, believes in herself and pursues her dreams until they crystallize.

Her first studied in a religious school and then she studied as a historian at the National University San Antonio Abad of Cusco. Later, she joined the great family of Pukllasunchis, where she studied Early Childhood Education.

Her love and admiration for the little giants has always been felt: "A moment with the children is to feel like daydreaming where time and space do not exist; I am just another child".

Kantu is the name by which they recognize her and represents the iconic flower of the Andes. She communed with it about five years ago in Amantani Island, Puno, Peru; without even knowing the name of the flower, she saw herself reflected in it, since then she began to call herself "Kantu" and along with it she took the first steps with her life mission: "to sow hope" to put feathers in the flight of many hearts.

She also hopes that adults who did not have the opportunity to learn to read and write will now have the opportunity to fulfill their dreams. For her it is important to begin to educate the heart, to believe in them in order to awaken the inner greatness that each and every one of them has.

Alexa trained as an educator at the National University of the Altiplano - Puno in Educational Sciences to obtain a bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science.

The love she shares as an educator is great. "A look at the children is to feel peace, love and strength, where many hopes are born," she shares from her experience.

She values her culture and reflects it with great pride in her clothing and contributing through teaching, confirming that she lives in a wonderful and sacred place: Amantani Island.
